    THREE SECOND KISS (Ita) + MICAH GAUGH TRIO (Usa) - AfricAntApe Night - L'Ubu/Music Action - Perpignan #66

    Attention, évènement !
    L'association BRUISSON vous propose une soirée AFRICANTAPE NIGHT le dimanche 5 Mai 2013 à l’Ubu à Perpignan (#66). 

    THREE SECOND KISS est un des groupes majeurs de la scène rock indépendante. Ayant joué deux fois au festival ATP, invité par Shellac, tourné aux USA et en Europe accompagné de Shipping News, Qui ou Uzeda, le groupe délivre une musique noise, intelligente, technique, savante, unique.

    MICAH GAUGH, défricheur musical new yorkais, a collaboré avec Arto Lindsay, Marc Ribot et a choisi Africantape pour sortir son nouvel album : The Blue Fairy Mermaid Princess. Il sera accompagné de Kevin SHEA à la batterie et de Daniel BODWELL à la contrebasse.

    Fondé en 2008, Africantape est le label de Julien Fernandez, batteur de Passe Montagne et de Chevreuil, qui a depuis multiplié les signatures, au gré des coups de cœur, des rencontres et des amitiés. Aujourd’hui, 5 ans plus tard, le line-up d’Africantape est des plus impressionnants, des plus éclectiques. On y retrouve pas mal de groupes : Aucan, Marvin, Electric Electric, Honey for Petzi, Peter Kernel, Papier Tigre... Si on devait donner une idée plus précise de l’esthétique générale du label, on parlerait bien sûr de « rock » mais pas seulement : la recherche, l’expérimentation et l’aventure sont les maîtres mots et les points communs d’autant de groupes et de musiciens formant un catalogue dorénavant bien fourni. Cette année, le label fête ses 5 ans d'activisme. C'est l'occasion pour nous d'inviter son boss et deux de ses signatures !
